Taste description:
A pleasant, full-bodied, versatile coffee that goes very well with skimmed milk, thanks to its more intense Italian roast. Robusta’s thick crema adds spice/tartness, but also creaminess and character. Tanginess comes out when the espresso has a slightly coarser grind and a run time of 18-22 seconds.
