What payment methods are available?
We offer various secure payment methods:
Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop etc.
Card payments: Visa, MasterCard
By invoice (by agreement)
Payment page asks to fill in the company field?
If the payment page shows a message that the "Company" field is mandatory, then most likely:
- you accidentally clicked on that field, and the system thought you wanted to place an order for a company;
- you entered something and then deleted it – in some cases the field remains mandatory afterwards.
How to solve:
If you are not placing an order as a company, leave the "Company" field completely empty – make sure no spaces or other characters remain there.
If the problem doesn't go away, try refreshing the page and entering the data again without clicking on the field.
If the problem persists, contact us – we'll help quickly!
How to view your order history?
Log into your account and select "My Orders" from the menu – there you'll see all your previous purchases.
If the invoice didn't reach your email or got lost, you can download the PDF invoice from that same order there.
Why does a product disappear from the cart?
If you are a guest (not logged in):
The cart is saved only temporarily (using browser cookies).
If you don't complete the order within a certain time or close the page, the cart may empty.
The cart may also disappear if you delete browser cookies, switch devices, or open the page in private mode.
If you are a logged-in user:
Your cart is linked to your account and saved for a longer period – even if you leave the page or come back with another device.
Therefore, it's recommended to log in for shopping to avoid cart emptying.
A product may still "get lost" in the cart if it runs out of stock in the meantime:
If you think about the purchase for a long time and the product runs out of stock, it doesn't automatically disappear from the cart but remains there.
However, when placing the order, you'll see a warning that this product is no longer available.
In such cases, you need to manually remove it from the cart before you can complete the order.
💡 Tip: Always log into your account and place the order as quickly as possible when you've found the desired products — this way you avoid unpleasant surprises!

What are the delivery methods?
1. Suuregabariidilised tooted Teie ostukorvis on toode, mis oma mõõtmete või kaalu tõttu ei mahu pakiautomaati. Sellised tooted on süsteemis märgistatud ja neid saab tellida ainult kulleriga või iseteenindusega. Vastav teavitus kuvatakse:
- Toote lehel (pildi all)
- Ostukorvis (toote nime juures)
- Ostukorvi ülaosas hoiatusena
2. Kombineeritud tellimus Kui teie ostukorvis on kasvõi üks suuregabariidiline toode, tarnitakse kogu tellimus kulleriga või saate kasutada järeletulemise võimalust. Põhjus on lihtne – logistiliselt ei ole võimalik ühte tellimust jagada kaheks erinevaks tarneviisiks (osa pakiautomaati, osa kulleriga).
Lahendused:
- Tulen ise järgi: Valige tarne viisiks “Tulen ise järgi” – see on tavaliselt kõige kiirem ja soodsam variant suurte toodete puhul
- Eraldi tellimused: Kui soovite osa tooteid saada pakiautomaati, vormistage suuregabariidilised tooted eraldi tellimusena
- Kullertarne: Kasutage kullertarnet – tooted tuuakse mugavalt otse ukse taha
- Võtke ühendust: Kui teil on küsimusi konkreetse toote kohta, võtke meiega ühendust
Tip: Suuregabariidilised tooted on märgistatud juba toote lehel hallika teavitusega “See toode tarnitakse suuruse tõttu ainult kulleriga”, nii saate juba enne ostukorvi lisamist teada tarneviisi piirangust.

In Estonia, generally not - delivery prices are fixed depending on the delivery method you choose, not your exact address.

How quickly will your order arrive?
Usually, your parcel will reach you within 1-3 working days. We work with DPD, Smartpost and other trusted partners to ensure fast and smooth delivery.
Do you send parcels abroad?
At the moment we only ship within Estonia.

Can I return the product?
Yes, you can! By law, you have the right to return the product within 14 days if it has not been used and is in its original packaging. Our aim is always to find the best solution with our customers.

- Teile väljastatakse arve ettevõtte nimele
- Tasumine toimub kohe (kaart, Montonio, pangalink)
- Ärikliendi soodustusi ei rakendata – kehtivad tavakliendi hinnad
