We offer various secure payment methods:

  • Bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop etc.

  • Card payments: Visa, MasterCard

  • By invoice (by agreement)

If the payment page shows a message that the "Company" field is mandatory, then most likely:

  • you accidentally clicked on that field, and the system thought you wanted to place an order for a company;
  • you entered something and then deleted it – in some cases the field remains mandatory afterwards.

How to solve:

If you are not placing an order as a company, leave the "Company" field completely empty – make sure no spaces or other characters remain there.

If the problem doesn't go away, try refreshing the page and entering the data again without clicking on the field.

If the problem persists, contact us – we'll help quickly!

Log into your account and select "My Orders" from the menu – there you'll see all your previous purchases.
If the invoice didn't reach your email or got lost, you can download the PDF invoice from that same order there.

If you are a guest (not logged in):
The cart is saved only temporarily (using browser cookies).

If you don't complete the order within a certain time or close the page, the cart may empty.

The cart may also disappear if you delete browser cookies, switch devices, or open the page in private mode.

If you are a logged-in user:
Your cart is linked to your account and saved for a longer period – even if you leave the page or come back with another device.

Therefore, it's recommended to log in for shopping to avoid cart emptying.

A product may still "get lost" in the cart if it runs out of stock in the meantime:
If you think about the purchase for a long time and the product runs out of stock, it doesn't automatically disappear from the cart but remains there.

However, when placing the order, you'll see a warning that this product is no longer available.

In such cases, you need to manually remove it from the cart before you can complete the order.

💡 Tip: Always log into your account and place the order as quickly as possible when you've found the desired products — this way you avoid unpleasant surprises!

  • Pick-up on the spot: you can also come to our shop to pick up your order (if you so choose).

In Estonia, generally not - delivery prices are fixed depending on the delivery method you choose, not your exact address.

Usually, your parcel will reach you within 1-3 working days. We work with DPD, Smartpost and other trusted partners to ensure fast and smooth delivery.

At the moment we only ship within Estonia.

Yes, you can! By law, you have the right to return the product within 14 days if it has not been used and is in its original packaging. Our aim is always to find the best solution with our customers.

We treat each situation individually and humanely. It's important to us that you're happy - not just with the product, but with the solution if something goes wrong.

Technically yes - you can also place an order before you have signed a business agreement with us.

If you place an order now, without a prior request:

  • The order will be placed under the terms and conditions of a regular customer;
  • It is not possible to choose to pay by invoice - payment is only made by prepayment (card, Montonio, etc.);
  • Discounts and special conditions (e.g. payment deadline) are not applied automatically, even if you enter the company name at the checkout.

But that doesn't mean all is lost!
If you are placing an order on behalf of a company:

  • Your company details will be stored in our system;
  • On the basis of a subsequent agreement, we can continue to apply the Business Customer Terms and Conditions and register your company as a loyal customer;
  • From now on, you only need to log in - all the agreed terms and conditions (including payment by invoice, discounts) will apply automatically.

💡 Recommendation: If you would like to take advantage of all the benefits of being a Business Customer on your first order, please fill in the Business Customer application form or contact us before making your purchase.
