Description
I am garlic. It is widely used in Mediterranean and Balkan cuisines. It is an indispensable addition to fatty pork, lamb, poultry, game, sauces and mayonnaise, delicate herb soups, salads and potato dishes. I'm often part of many spice blends. You can find me for sale as fresh cloves, powder and aromatic salt. It harmonises with strong herbs and other spices in savoury dishes. After consumption, you can remove my specific smell by drinking milk or chewing parsley leaves.
