Description
Gelatine is a natural raw material of animal origin and contains collagen. It is protein-rich and contains no cholesterol, fats, carbohydrates or preservatives, which is why it has such a wide range of uses. The parameter that classifies gelatine and determines its quality is Bloom degrees, which indicate the hardness of the jelly (gel) - the higher the degree of hardness, the higher the quality. For cold-edible dishes, use gelatins with a lower bloom value.
